What's your return policy?
We understand that circumstances can change. You can request a refund for products within 60 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Unfortunately, products purchased more than 60 days ago or custom-size items cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I get my refund?
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you about the approval or rejection of the return. Refund amounts will be adjusted for shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed when the inspection is complete, but it may take 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your banking institution.
What if my package arrives damaged or defective?

Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
If your order has been shipped but you need to cancel it, get in touch with us at hi@filtersshipped.com right away. We'll make an effort to reroute the package to our warehouse. If successful, we will process your return and issue a refund. Please note that you'll be responsible for shipping fees in such cases.
