Domestic Shipping

We proudly ship to all 50 states within the United States. Here's what you can expect:

  • Carrier: Your orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, depending on the best option for your location.
  • Order Fulfillment: We strive to fulfill standard inventory orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. For orders containing custom or made-to-order items, the current lead time is extended to 3–5 weeks due to our vendor's transition to a new facility.
  • Transit Time: Delivery within the contiguous U.S. takes 1–5 business days. Shipping to and from Alaska and Hawaii requires 3–7 business days. Please note that shipping and fulfillment times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays and unforeseen events.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping to the continental US for orders totaling over $50. Please note that this offer excludes sales tax and applies after any discounts have been applied. (Conditions Apply*)

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Confirmation Email: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. If you don't receive this email, please reach out to us at hi@filtersshipped.com for assistance.
  • Order Tracking: Your tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update as the postal carrier processes your shipment.

Address Accuracy and Corrections

We understand the importance of accurate shipping information. Here's how we handle address-related issues:

  • Address Errors: Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout to prevent any delays or lost packages.
  • Address Corrections: If you realize an error in your shipping address, contact us promptly, and we'll do our best to correct it before shipment. However, once the package is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for misdelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided.
