Order by the panel size listed on the black track or panel frame of your air cleaner. Do not order by measuring the loose pad material itself.
The blue, white, and yellow pad colors are just for your preference. There is no performance difference between the colors.

Some OEM replacement pads use a painted foil target to create electrical contact with the collector cell. Our aftermarket replacement pads use a full activated carbon sheet, eliminating the need for a foil target while maintaining proper operation in compatible systems.

Ouch, your mistake cost me $36 to return, how about a return process that doesn't penalize the customer for your mistake - like an RMA number and free shipping when it's your mistake? You took over 3 weeks to ship the wrong product, so I ordered the filters I needed from https://skipthewarehouse.com/ and got the right product from SkipTheWarehouse.com in less than a week.
Won't be buying from this vendor again and will be surprised if I actually get a refund from them... :(
Update 10-10-24: Was pleasantly surprised to receive an apology and refund for the incorrect item from Chad H. at Filters Shipped immediately after leaving this review! Unfortunately, my out of pocket expenses for returning the item ($40.34) via UPS as directed by their website's return policy has yet to be reimbursed, despite Chad H.'s assurance that "As per our return policy, it's never the customer’s responsibility to cover return shipping if the fault is ours." Here is hoping that lightening does strike twice despite the old adage... :)

I have been trying to find this filter for a couple years. I have been having to make do with a filter that didn't have the "flange" around it. It was shipped quickly - arrived just a few days after ordering. It fit perfectly.
The 12x24x4 return filter I ordered arrived damaged by the shipper. I contacted the company and another filter was sent out the same day. It was a very easy process and Chad was very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Filter was only 3.5" thick not 5"
Thank you for your feedback. The filter measures about 3.75 inches thick. It was previously listed as a 5 inch nominal size since Honeywell return grille filters were commonly labeled that way, which helped customers find their size. The actual dimensions are listed on the product page, and we have now updated the listing to show a 4 inch nominal size for clarity.
