Ouch, your mistake cost me $36 to return, how about a return process that doesn't penalize the customer for your mistake - like an RMA number and free shipping when it's your mistake? You took over 3 weeks to ship the wrong product, so I ordered the filters I needed from https://skipthewarehouse.com/ and got the right product from SkipTheWarehouse.com in less than a week.
Won't be buying from this vendor again and will be surprised if I actually get a refund from them... :(
Update 10-10-24: Was pleasantly surprised to receive an apology and refund for the incorrect item from Chad H. at Filters Shipped immediately after leaving this review! Unfortunately, my out of pocket expenses for returning the item ($40.34) via UPS as directed by their website's return policy has yet to be reimbursed, despite Chad H.'s assurance that "As per our return policy, it's never the customer’s responsibility to cover return shipping if the fault is ours." Here is hoping that lightening does strike twice despite the old adage... :)
