The filters were okay but they were not Honeywell brand. Didn't bother me but you shouldn't be advertising Honeywell if you going to send an off-brand or no branded filter.

I've ordered these filters for our office for a few years now. The order process, customer service/communication, and quality of the filters has consistently met my expectations. When it's time to order more, I search online for the best deal and have yet to find a better one.
