Placed an order for a few filters. The website was simple enough to navigate and checking out was a breeze. Truth be told, the only hold up was the amount of time it took to receive my order at my doorstep. Took well over a month, I had actually forgotten I even placed the order. Still a good experience though and I can see myself placing an order again in the future.

Great Filters, wrong size shipped, unsure of MERV rating.

Your shipping and quality is exceptional, and your prices can't be beat. Your Customer Service is very helpful and VERY fast to respond!

This is my second order, there was a problem with the wrong Tracking number being issued, which Chad was able to correct very quickly on a Saturday.

Unfortunately, the filter shipped was wrong. I ordered a 20x20x6, and received a 20x25x6 filter. Order # was FS#2094

On top of the wrong filter being shipped, there was no card shipped with the filter to prove that it is a MERV13, which was ordered. No card telling me the MERV rating was included.

So I'm left with a filter that's the wrong size, and possibly the wrong MERV rating. The shipping pack slip says 20x20x6, this is very much a 20x25x6.

The first order I placed with you was 100% correct. This one was a hot mess.

Again, Chad was exceptionally helpful. Whoever is pulling your inventory needs to do better. I now have a filter that cannot be used.
